A lot of attention has been given to the graphics and the colors on this new bike. There are some very striking and eye-catching graphics such as the rainbow-cross design, which is actually the name of the bike. The Hyper mountain bike also comes in a number of different colored graphics which can be changed easily at the touch of a button. I was a bit surprised by this because the manufacturer should have sent us the part since the bike was just ordered brand new and we had the order number and receipt. For a product that would have cost the company a minimum of $10 to ship out, I did find it a bit frustrating that their customer service was so poor and we ended up having to pay for the replacement ourselves. Mongoose bike frames are also lightweight and durable, but they’re not as expensive as hyper bike frames.
The main difference between the two bikes in terms of frame is that the handlebars are traditional bar supermountain bikes, while the standard mountain bikes use a cantilever brake system that is more suitable for the field. The Back tire isn’t fitted in place correctly and is slightly too high up on the rear tire axle shaft. It appears to be tightened in place and secure by the nut screw, but it creeps me out a bit hyper mountain bike that if the nut were to unscrew a bit the tire would fly out…. I tried to unscrew it and snap it in place, but the machine that put the nuts on really did a job and got that thing on really tight, so I decided to leave it alone. The last and probably the biggest problem was that there was no quick release for the bike seat, it was missing from the set. I don’t blame the bike for this but the seller and manufacturer.
Eventually, they veered into mountain bikes and commuter-specific bikes, which are now sold through Walmart in the USA & Canada. The other half of this is getting the bikes to the place they wanted them. A few problems I found with the bike are as follows-
First, I don’t like how the handle bars are designed because you need a wrench to tighten them up and put them on. This is slightly annoying because other than the tires, everything else is assembled using hyper bike hex keys (also known as an allen wrench). I would have prefered if the handlebars required Hex keys because you could use a multi-tool to quickly make adjustments while riding without needing any other items, but as it is now I always have to carry an adjustable wrench with me. The wrench built into my multi-tool is made for tires, so it is slightly too large to fit and adjust the handlebars because they used another type of bolt like screw for it.
Weight – Hyper bikes tend to be lighter than Mongoose bikes, making them easier to ride and maneuver. Affordability – Hyper bikes are generally more affordable than Mongoose bikes. The Hyper Havoc FS mountain bike is 26″ in size, it is a 21 speed mountain bike, with Shimono gear shifters. Before I get into all the cons with the bike, I will first tell about the pros. The most obvious pro is the price, this bike is very cheap and affordable for what you get in the box and for most purposes of daily commutes to the store or to work, it will do perfectly. So far I have owned this bike for close to a month, so I will tell my thoughts about all the pros and cons I have found. The bike is easy to ride as long as you adjust the seat, oil the chain, and keep the bike maintained, you shouldn’t have too many problems with it straight out the box.
All things considered, for under a grand, you get an urban-looking electric bike with a nifty 250 watts of pedal assistance, and a claimed range of 20 miles on a single charge. Technically speaking, its battery pack consists of a basic 36-volt, 10-ampere-hour unit. However, for an additional $200, you can bump up the bike’s range to 40 miles by carrying around a second battery pack in your rucksack.

It’s perfect for people who don’t want to go for a long journey, or who just go on a short bike ride. There are major differences in seat shape and handlebars between the standard mounting bike and the hyper mountain bike. Digging in further into the Jet Fuel, you’ll see that, despite Hyper claiming it to be a BMX bike, it’s outfitted with 26-inch wheels. Given the fact that BMX bikes are most commonly found with 20-inch wheels, is it appropriate to really call the Hyper a BMX bike? Given its overall stance and geometry, it certainly resembles a dirt jumper more than it does a BMX, or at least it does in my opinion.
