I contacted Wal-Mart (1-800-WALMART) to see where I could get a replacement pole for the tent. They are idiots and seemed like they didn’t want to help me by supplying me ozark trail sun shelter with the manufacturer’s phone number. The product is currently Out-of-Stock. Seems harder to take down than to put up. The way the poles clip into hubs is a little hard to get apart. This product from the list of stuff that I wish I never had bought it would in the top two. Setting up the screenhouse you need an army of people to hold the frame in place to put the screen over.
Also screen house tent black leg pole is one of the top sellers in and in 2023. In summary, this Ozark Trail 12-Person Cabin Tent with Screen Porch is nicely designed and the price is appropriate. It would be better with a few floor vents. Also, it would be great if the manufacturer provided some reliable information about its fabric and rating, this is disappointing. So do not put it to harsh tests, this is a tent for quiet summer weather conditions. You have a combination of steel used for its 6+2 legs, and fiberglass used for the 4 roof poles.
The “frame” barely stayed together on the ground. Any attempt to lift a corner and insert a leg pole resulted in pipes flying everywhere. I thought of resorting to duct tape, but since I had none handy, with great finesse I managed to lift each corner one pipe segment at a time. Some middle sections fell out but I had a standing frame of sorts, swaying and wobbling. The screen area is not floored, so you can use your camping furniture in it without being worried about the floor. It provides protection from flying insects, and it is with a roof so you can sit in the shade and use the area for cooking as well.
The plastic corners are not worth putting the room up. But I did find this to get parts from California. Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue.
I could not even get the top frame together with out it either bending the poles or coming apart. Got one of these out of a storage unit at auction. Without instructions, it took me about 30 minutes to put it together and get it erected, by myself. Just had to comment after reading these old reviews of folks who couldn’t seem to set it up without either A.

I purchased Model #WT98010R and I’ve had it for 2 years and have put it up probably 6 times.
