Please do your due diligence during inspection to determine what will be needed. If you have any huffy trail runner questions at all, contact us prior to bidding. Safety Precautions should be made before removing any item from the auction site.
Any disputes over titles or other ownership provisions is between the Buyer and the Seller. Buyer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Auctioneer, Lawler Auction Co., its employees, subcontractors, its agents, and employees from any claims or damages which might result from any auction. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to have conducted prior inspection of the Seller’s rights to sell, to inspect UCC filings (if any) on the equipment to be auctioned, and to inspect the ownership records of said equipment. Bidder hereby agrees to the terms and conditions of this blanket auction agreement and agrees to abide by any other terms and conditions for specific auctions that may be posted on the Auctioneer’s website for specific auctions. In most cases, items are consigned to the auction without a reserve, however some items may be consigned to the auction with secret reserves placed by the Seller upon consigning the item(s) to the Auction. In such a case, the Auctioneer will not be able to sell the item to the winning bidder unless it meets or exceeds the reserve amount.
The Auctioneer is authorized to charge the administrative fees to the credit card on file at anytime. Bidder is responsible for loading out their own items. Auctioneer is not obligated to provide a fork lift or any other means of loading, as such responsibility is that of the Bidder. However a 5,000 huffy cruiser pound fork lift will be available to assist load-out at auctions conducted at the Lawler Auction Facility in Shreveport.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up all purchased lots. Roller personnel is there to assist / locate items but not to verify all items have been picked up. We will attempt to assist with this, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.
Auctioneer does guarantee that a title for vehicles purchased unless it is announced otherwise on the catalog. Most titles are available within 7 days after the auction and can be picked up from the auction office, located at 7781 Highway 1 North, Shreveport, Louisiana after the auction by the winning Bidder after payment is made in full. Bidder may elect to have the title sent via UPS overnight courier at the cost to the Bidder. Each individual auction may have different buyer’s premiums, pickup times, inspection times, etc., and it is essential that the Bidder carefully read those terms and agree before placing a bid. All tools that may be required for disassembly and removal of auction items is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Very nice bike in great condition. Could probably be used for mountain biking. Only used times in last couple years. Do not know too much about bikes so pictures should be best way to gather information. Please carefully review our shipping and returns policy before committing to a bid. As an adult, it is recommended to do moderately intensive exercise for at least 2.5 hours per week.
This bike has not been evaluated by a bicycle mechanic. Item may not have original parts, parts included may be damaged and non-functional. Parts may need to be adjusted, repaired or replaced. Some parts may be missing.
