Ozark Trail makes tents of all sizes, but we’ve found larger family camping tents to be their forte. I had a 3-Person EZ Up tent (which I had no problem with except it was too small). If anyone has a hub gable or #1 Roof pole, I would be interested in buying those parts.
I could not even get the top frame together with out it either bending the poles or coming apart. The screen tent came with missing and broken parts. Their solution was for me to pay for replacements out of pocket. No apology, no offer for a resolution.
Hopefully I can find a replacement part. I contacted Wal-Mart (1-800-WALMART) to see where I could get a replacement pole for the tent. They are idiots and seemed like they didn’t want to help me by supplying me with the manufacturer’s phone number. When I got the thing home and deboxed it, the reality began to set in.
It’s starting to wear out and I’m looking to replace but can’t find one anywhere. Can someone point me to the person please. Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. The plastic corners are not worth putting the room up. But I did find this to get parts from California. Browse Ozark Trail’s top-rated ozark trail sun shelter hiking and camping gear and more. Find something simple to set up, reliable, durable and with product support. Great product, however, like everyone else, unable to locate replacement parts.
It gives great shade and it keeps flies out. We used it to put it over a little swimming pool for our children and it works great. I called to get a replacement and the customer service person I talked to was awesome! She guided me through until I was able to find the correct serial number for the part and sent it to me right away. I purchased Model #WT98010R and I’ve had it for 2 years and have put it up probably 6 times. This summer I had it up in the backyard after a birthday party for several days and one of the poles broke during a bad storm while I was at work.
