An absolute waste of money and time, and cost plenty of aggravation. Bought this at Walmart a couple of years ago. Never got it out, went to use it yesterday and the kit for set up is totally wrong.
The overall construction is about what you expect for the price. Got one of these out of a storage unit at auction. Obviously used, but in good shape. Without instructions, it took ozark trail chairs me about 30 minutes to put it together and get it erected, by myself. Just had to comment after reading these old reviews of folks who couldn’t seem to set it up without either A.
We are looking for these pieces if anyone wants to sell. We have a love-hate relationship with this screen tent. But, the slightest wind or rain and the whole thing comes down because of flimsy roof design. After multiple ozark trail canopy storms/fall downs, the screen portion has suffered some massive wounds. The rest of the process was funny too, with wimpy frizzy guylines, and inexplicable bits of plastic that are supposed to tighten them.
I have large screen house and I love it. It gets used very hard every summer. It’s starting to wear out and I’m looking to replace but can’t find one anywhere. Can someone ozark trail screen house point me to the person please. I borrowed this screen tent and thought it was a pain to put up…the center hub broke forcing me to duck tape it to keep it together.
Got this tent as a father’s day gift. Decided to use it to go camping with my fiance and we were going to set up before we went. The screen tent came with missing and broken parts. Their solution was for me to pay for replacements out of pocket. No apology, no offer for a resolution. The product is garbage and the customer service is worse.
