Ozark Trail Screen House Reviews

The winner has 3 days to pick up the item from the appropriate warehouse. When I got the thing home and deboxed it, the reality began to set in. Dozens of two-foot sections of pipe spilled onto the floor with stickers labeling them ‘1B’, ‘4’, or ‘2B’. Now and then I walk into a store, it tends to be named ___Mart, and buy something I know is going to bring nothing but grief and heartbreak. Yes, I know it will, so what gives? A Pavlovian reaction to super-size doses of advertising?

Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue. Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. Find something simple to set up, reliable, durable and with product support.

No information on where I can get replacement parts. I need one of part number GBLL-05 (three-way hub gable left) and one of part number GBLR-05 (three-way hub gable right). I have been trying to replace it ever ozark trail canopy since I lost it in a wind storm. I put it up in my yard for my now wife’s bridal shower. I had it spiked down and secured really good. It looked wonderful in the yard so I decided to leave it for a while.

I highly recommend that anyone looking for a good screen house spend the additional money and get a Swiss Gear. Don’t try to save a few dollars and end up with a POS like this one. All items can be inspected in-person (and you are encouraged to do so) prior to bidding. If you can’t inspect, you can enjoy return protection by either using Buyers Assurance or becoming a Premium Buyers Club member.

Got this tent as a father’s day gift. Decided to use it to go camping with my fiance and we were going to set up before we went. The screen tent came with missing and broken ozark trail canopy parts. Their solution was for me to pay for replacements out of pocket. No apology, no offer for a resolution. The product is garbage and the customer service is worse.

A mild wind came along and the screen house is so “sturdy”, that it was knocked down and one of the corner braces broke. We bought this screen house at an auction for $5. Great for our buffet line for family camping. A gust of wind probably around 50 MPH took it down. Broke all four corner hubs and bent all 1b poles beyond repair. We loved it when it stayed together.
