The accommodations on the tour were great, much better than we anticipated, with many large included meals. The recent change to the Pullman Hotel in Cape Town is a good one. In summary, it was a fantastic and unforgettable African adventure.
He was usually the first vehicle in our group to reach the wildlife, and was able to maneuver for the best photo angles. He is the ultimate professional, being respectful of the guests’ needs, and was able to share what life was like for him and his family living in Tanzania. Another great hotel was the coffee lodge in Ngorongoro. The rooms were huge, and the pool overlooked the jungle. On top of all that greatness then you add that we saw all of the Big 5, the great migration, a lion kills, lion mating, a mongoose eating a snake mongoose excursion and so much more!
The hotels were great, especially the fabulous Kruger Gate Hotel. The safaris were the highlight, but everything we did was memorable. It will be hard to weed through more than a thousand photos I took. Having an intimate group of 26 people was a large positive factor. Our tour director, Belinda, was the icing on the cake.
