For the urban fixed gear and single speed cyclist we have plenty of messenger bags and clothing that can withstand a lot of rough use. Even if you’re not a bike enthusiast, you’ve probably noticed the giant bicycle perched on top of the store at 126 Bushkill St. You can see it as you pass by on Route 22 heading into New Jersey.
We’re always looking out for keen riders who are planning trips so we are open to receiving sponsorship proposals to consider. We now have a list of rear-mech hangers compatible with Genesis bikes – please visit your local dealer to order one. It’s really hard to give safe and accurate technical advice over the internet! We’d always advise going to your local Genesis dealer, where they can see the bike and diagnose any technical or mechanical issues that you’re having with your bike. UK bike brand Genesis began in 2001 as a single bike – the Genesis Day One – and exploded in popularity. The store’s website currently lists new bikes from Trek, Electra, Salsa, All-city and Jamis. The site said a retirement sale would begin Thursady and the store will be closed May 4-7 as trek prepares to re-open under the new ownership. Tomias Hinchcliff opened the store in 1974 “with two bikes in a tiny storefront in downtown Easton,” he said on the store website.
