Though we’re a bike shop that sells, builds and fixes bicycles, they’re really just the means to an end; albeit a beautifully designed means to an idyllic end. In 2019 Genesis became aware of a potential problem involving the durability of Samox AF-13 single speed chainsets, specified on certain Day One models. All our bikes are designed at our HQ in Milton Keynes but we’re extremely proud to be able to use some expert workshops in Vietnam and Indonesia for production.

There’s also a posh Croix de Fer in 931 guise, the Equilibrium and Day One genesis mountain bike get disc brakes and the prototype Fugio 853 makes it into production – just in time for Vin Cox to thrash it across the TransIowa.
