We ended up paying american tourister suitcase to Samsonite for repairing these under warranty and Samsonite won’t reimburse you for expensed occured to protect your stuff and won’t guranttee for any future damage. Called company and was told they do not have replacement part.
The zip was open and side of the case was sliced open ever so slightly. I am frequently traveller and certainly this was totally unexpected. I will make arrangements to return this suitcase but I expect a better product if I am to maintain any trust in American Tourister.
