Ozark Trail 10′ x 10′ Instant Screen House Ayjdsrenilda1

The hubs on the tent and the construction of the design are worthless. Leave it up for an evening … A light misting rain and it’s all over. The hubs break and the legpoles bend beyond repair. One mad idea often begets another, and that is how this $34.95 purchase came about.

The were never opened by the seller. We have only been using one since. After a pretty bad storm at the beach, a few of the poles broke…so we are moving onto the next new one and selling the first for parts.

We placed the screen house over a picnic table at the campsite and it did a fairly good job of keeping insects out while we were eating. The Ozark Trail Screen House is 13 feet long and nine feet wide, with a standing space that tops out at seven feet high. The tent fabric roof provides shade for 46 square feet of the room.

Great product, however, like everyone else, unable to locate replacement parts. I have lost the instructions and the list of parts to the Screen House. I was wondering if anyone can email me the instructions and List of parts.

We will not replace the 3-way hubs again. Had the screen house for 4 years. A gust of wind probably around 50 MPH ozark trail screen house took it down. Broke all four corner hubs and bent all 1b poles beyond repair. We loved it when it stayed together.

Some middle sections fell out but I had a standing frame of sorts, swaying and wobbling. If anyone has a hub gable or #1 Roof pole, I would be interested in buying those parts. I loved the size of this screen house but after a few uses, the 4-way hub gable cracked and a couple of the curved roof poles bent a little. The screen is great for nice weather.

No apology, no offer for a resolution. The product is garbage and the customer service is worse. This is totaly wrong that a company doesn’t keep parts in stock. I was told to try and return it to the place I purchased it or wait the 4-6 weeks. Well I’m a camper and I intend to use this weekly. The rest of the process was funny too, with wimpy frizzy guylines, and inexplicable bits of plastic that are supposed to tighten them.

Without instructions, it took me about 30 minutes to put it together and get it erected, by myself. Just had to comment after reading these old reviews of folks who couldn’t seem to set it up without either A. Hard to set up for one person. It take 2 people at least to set this screen house up. This model has been discontinued and I only need two parts to fix it. No information on where I can get replacement parts.

I need to replace the center hub (CTRH-02) since this broke while I was using it. Conditions of items will be either LIKE-NEW, OPEN BOX or DAMAGED. We do our best to describe the items and their condition, however, all sales are final. That’s what we ozark trail screen house get with foreign made products. An absolute waste of money and time, and cost plenty of aggravation. So far this sounds like a poor review, so let me say that, as the picture shows, the product did eventually reach a state of functionality of sorts.
