The performance model still features 21-inchers that contribute to a lower EPA-range estimate of 235 miles. All versions come with the same 77.4-kWh battery pack, but according to the EPA, the all-wheel-drive GV60 Advanced offers up to 248 miles of driving range while the Performance model carries an estimate of 235. A new-for-2024 option allows buyers to choose 19-inch wheels, which the EPA says increases the range of the GV60 Advanced genesis bicycles to 264 miles. The entry-level Standard model with the rear-wheel-drive powertrain is the range leader though and is said to be good for up to 294 miles of driving per charge. Hooked up to a DC fast-charging station, the GV60’s battery can be charged from 10 to 80 percent capacity in just 18 minutes, according to Genesis. On our 75-mph highway range test route, the GV60 Performance provided an observed driving range of 200 miles.

I found a cheap 26″ frame off of PricePoint.com and built my own bike after that. Ride a bike you have built or one of a higher quality and you will realize how terrible bikes of this caliber are. Sure, anything that gets you riding is a plus, but as mentioned before you get what you pay for.

Trailside, it would be a bit cumbersome to fix a flat on the Genesis V2100, since it isn’t equipped with quick release axles at either end. So bring a box wrench with you wherever you go. Don’t count on an open end or adjustable wrench, as these nutted axles don’t have the best hardware either.

While the Standard trim gets just one 225-hp electric motor driving the rear wheels, the Advanced and Performance trims come with two motors and all-wheel drive as standard. The Advanced model makes a combined 314 horsepower while the Performance trim makes 429; that number can be temporarily increased to 483 horsepower by engaging the Performance model’s Boost driving mode. With that mode activated, we launched the GV60 Performance to 60 mph in just 3.7 seconds.
